Game Loads into Offline Mode
Make sure you are logging into the game properly.
This affects some people, but not others. I'm not sure why. This is a Windows (PC) only problem/solution:
Playgate can't properly launch ww2.exe if WWII Online is installed into a directory path with a space in the name.
For instance, if you install the game into: C:\Program Files\Playnet\CRS\Battleground Europe then the game will launch into offline mode. There is a space in the folder "Program Files" and "Battleground Europe". This causes the problem.
Go into Add/Remove Programs and uninstall both WWII Online and Playgate. Then reinstall from scratch. Choose something like C:\Games\BattlegroundEurope (no spaces in any folders).
The path of the Playgate install doesn't matter. It's default is C:\Program Files\Playnet\Playgate
