How to Get Help on the Forums
When you post on the forums asking for help, be sure to...
1) Start your own thread. Don't use someone else's. Also, put in a name so
you're not identified as simply "guest".
2) List exactly what you do when the problem occurs. This helps eliminate a
lot of assumptions and misdiagnoses
3) List the things you've already tried in an attempt to resolve the problem
4) If it's an error, please type the exact error with no mispellings
5) If you can get a screenshot of the problem, this helps a lot
6) If the problem is in-game or a problem loading the game, list your system
components. Windows users, post dxdiag info
7) If the problem may be account related, then also fill out a Support
Ticket. People in the forums can't fix account problems.
