DXDIAG
Dxdiag is DirectX Diagnostics. It lists your system components and driver information. This is incredibly helpful when troubleshooting an in-game problem or a loading problem. To get your dxdiag info and post it, do this:
Click Start
Run
Type: dxdiag
Click OK
When it loads, click "Save All Information". It will prompt you for
a filename. Simply click OK and it will save as "dxdiag.txt". Normally
it saves to your desktop, but if not, then take note of where it does save the
file. After the file is saved, click "Exit" in dxdiag.
You have two options to post it:
1) Open the dxdiag.txt file. Copy the entire contents and post it into your thread
on the support forum (in the new forums the amount of text may be too large. If so, just make several posts...it's better to zip it up and attach it, though). Also, many people consider it a security risk to share
your "Machine Name", so you may want to delete that line from your
post. It should be one of the first few entries in the text file.
2) Zip the file up and attach it to your post in the forum (can't use "quick reply" or you won't have the option for attachments). www.winzip.com
It's also useful to have the wwiiol.cfg file attached. It's in your Battleground Europe folder. It can't be posted as is, so either change it to wwiiol.txt or zip it up with your dxdiags.
